South Haven, MI – May 29, 2026- The South Haven Area Chamber of Commerce was pleased to welcome new member LUXE by the Lake with a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the boutique’s opening in downtown South Haven.

Owned by South Haven native Lynneise Karadsheh-Lane, LUXE by the Lake was born from a longtime dream rooted in both fashion and community. While she was in school for her doctoral degree and building a career in the pharmaceutical industry, Lynneise continued to nurture her passion for fashion, styling, and helping women feel confident in what they wear. She previously operated an online fitness boutique while in college, where her love for the industry continued to grow.

For years, Lynneise held onto the vision of opening a boutique in her hometown, waiting for the right opportunity and space to bring it to life. When a downtown storefront became available, the timing felt right.

“At LUXE by the Lake, our goal is to create a space where women of all ages, styles, and sizes feel welcomed, confident, and beautiful,” said Karadsheh-Lane.

LUXE by the Lake offers a thoughtfully curated selection of stylish, affordable, and size-inclusive clothing and accessories, with sizes ranging from XS–3X. In addition to apparel, the boutique carries handbags, jewelry, shoes, gifts, and everyday statement pieces designed to make fashion feel fun, accessible, and empowering.

Being part of the South Haven community remains at the heart of the business. Lynneise shared that she values building relationships with customers, supporting fellow local businesses, and creating a shopping experience that feels personal, warm, and welcoming for both locals and visitors alike.
