The South Haven Area Chamber of Commerce Welcomes
New Owner of Martha’s Vineyard Bed & Breakfast
South Haven, MI – Tuesday, November 2nd - The South Haven Area Chamber of Commerce was pleased to welcome new owners of Martha’s Vineyard Bed & Breakfast on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021. The country farmhouse, located on North Blue Star Highway, was built in 1852 and converted into a bed & breakfast in 2000. In 2004, local business leaders Ginger and Lou Adamson purchased the property and made dramatic improvements and provided excellent hospitality to their guests for 17 years. The Nowlins purchased the property in August.
Patty shares “The first time we walked into the parlor at Martha’s Vineyard B&B, we knew this was where God was planting us. We know from our own experiences that some people seek this kind of retreat for pure rest and relaxation from the busyness of life, while others seek respite during a time of grieving or healing. We want to meet our guests wherever they are and provide extravagant hospitality to minister to whomever God leads our way”. She further adds “Our vision for the future is to add another building so that guests can have a space to gather for family reunions, weddings, or church or corporate groups, in a space where all can be together in a comfortable setting right on the property”.
Martha’s Vineyard offers the charm and personalized service that B&Bs are known for, but with modern luxuries that make it very special. The beautiful gardens, water features, scenery, and close proximity to all that South Haven offers just adds to the experience.
