The South Haven Area Chamber of Commerce Celebrates New Member

South Haven, MI – May 24, 2023 - The South Haven Area Chamber of Commerce was pleased to welcome new Chamber member Lake Michigan Linen Services with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

In the spring of 2022 owner Ashley Greer relocated to South Haven with hopes of establishing a home and building a business in the community. While operating their rental spaces they noted how difficult it was to balance their time with operating, maintaining and laundering the linens for their rentals in the short turnover windows.

“I would spend 30+ hours a week just cleaning bedding and towels.  I started speaking with other homeowners and learned they were struggling with this as well and that some larger management groups were trucking in linens from linen services an hour away.“ Said owner, Ashley Greer.

Seeing an opportunity to help solve a widespread problem, Lake Michigan Linen Services was formed. Beginning in January of 2023, Lake Michigan Linen Services has grown rapidly providing not only bedding and towels but also full supply services including toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags and more to help cleaners be able to focus on cleaning and giving homeowners a piece of mind. They also offer plant-based, hypoallergenic options as well as reusable systems to help reduce plastic waste.
