The South Haven Area Chamber of Commerce was pleased to welcome the new owner of Crescent Moon, LLC, Erin Zoet, with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday.
Crescent Moon has been a fixture in downtown South Haven since 2002. New owner Erin Zoet was an employee in the mid 2000s, and even then knew that the store was something special. Though she moved on to teaching, Zoet knew that she would be back. “I told Sue [the former owner], when you are ready to retire, call me. And she did just that last fall!” Zoet officially bought the business in February of 2017 and reopened the store in May.
Long-time customers will find many of their favorite brands and styles, along with some new ones carefully chosen by Zoet to compliment the stores’ offerings. “We have something for pretty much everyone. Trendier pieces are featured alongside more classic styles, and there are pieces for all ages and sizes.” Along with clothing, shoes and accessories, Zoet has curated a few special local and regional offerings from LeadHead Glass, Kalamazoo Candle Company and Grayling Ceramics.
Crescent Moon is open 7 days a week through the Christmas season. The store will stay open all year around. To learn more, find Crescent Moon on Facebook or stop into the store at 413 Phoenix St.
