Each event will begin at 10 am and go until 4 or 4:30 pm.\n \n\nInterCare and the Chamber are hopeful that many in our community who work in the hospitality industry during the summer will avail themselves of this opportunity. All others are welcome as well.\n\n \n\nYou do not need to be a patient of InterCare to receive the vaccine\, nor do you need a doctor's order. What you will need to do is follow this link https://forms.office.com/r/GS0GqABTSF or the QR square\n\nto get your registration started. The state requires all persons vaccinated in Michigan to be registered. You will be asked for certain demographic information and you will need your driver's license number to complete the registration. You will also have to provide your insurance information (but\, if you are uninsured you will simply enter "uninsured" in the field). Once you submit the information\, you will receive a phone call from InterCare for the purpose of confirming a vaccination time for you.\n\n \n\nOn the appointed day\, you'll need to bring a form of ID and set aside at least an hour to complete your consent and receive required information\, get the injection\, and then be observed for 15 30 minutes to be sure you don't have an allergic reaction to the vaccine. These reactions seem to occur in 2 11 cases per million doses\, so they are rare\, but InterCare has the required medication to use if needed.\n\n \n\nOnce you submit your online registration\, you will receive a phone call within 24 hours to confirm your appointment time.
