DESCRIPTION:South Shore Yacht Club presents the 77th Challenge for the Queen's Cup! Join the fleet for a terrific time and a grand adventure. Plan now to participate in the 77th sailing of a classic yachting event\, the Queen's Cup Race.\n\nThe annual overnight sprint across Lake Michigan starts in Milwaukee\, Wisconsin on Friday\, June 26th and finishes in South Haven\, Michigan on Saturday\, June 27th. For 2015 we anticipate more than 200 boats. More than 1\,200 sailors will be on the open waters of Lake Michigan with you.\n\nIf you have done the race before\, you know that it's no empty boast when we promise a great party at both ends. And yet the Queen's Cup also prides itself on being a family friendly event. Many boats will have multiple generations of crewmembers sailing together.
