Participants will learn the fundamentals of starting and owning a small business in Michigan along with how to write a comprehensive business plan and prepare financial statements. Business plans are important to help you set goals\, determine the resources needed\, and foresee problems.
\n\nThis course will discuss each section of a business plan\, including the executive summary\, business description\, marketing\, operations\, management\, sales\, financials\, and startup capital.
