The South Haven Area Chamber of Commerce was pleased to welcome new member Flower Basket with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, November 15th.
Flower Basket opened its doors in downtown South Haven on October 1st of this year, and plans to stay open year-round to serve the community! Owner Krista Krogel has been in the florist business on and off for more than 40 years, and with the success of her Watervliet store, decided to expand into the South Haven area. South Haven store manager Aimee Fish is enthusiastic about the endless possibilities; “we have such an amazing group of businesses here, and there are so many opportunities for collaborating and working together!”
Flower Basket specializes in custom floral arrangements for all manner of events and holidays, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, funerals, and of course holiday décor and centerpieces. But you don’t need a special occasion to enjoy beautiful flowers! Fresh flowers are available by the stem in store, or you can place an order for a custom arrangement, perfectly suited to your tastes and budget. Flower Basket is even offering special make-and-take classes where participants can create their own festive Christmas wreaths out of a variety of materials.
Customers can shop online or in store, same-day delivery is available in and around South Haven and Watervliet. Nationwide delivery is also available through a network of trusted florists.
