    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Organize and optimize office functionality and efficiency
    • Support Management as needed
    • Organize and maintain all office-related documents/records
    • Customer service duties including answering emails/phone calls and attending to walk-in
    customers
    • Data entry including work ticket processing, invoicing and performance metrics
    • Managing new employee on-boarding regimen and ongoing employee training
    requirements and records
    • Office/Employee supplies and inventory management
    • ISO support including record keeping, document control and overall adherence to ISO
    standards
    FUNCTIONS PERFORMED IN FULFILLING MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Define, implement and maintain organizational protocols for office operations
    • Provide admin support for Owner and Management Team
    • Customer service including external communication with customers and vendors
    • ISO support and record keeping
    • All data entry related to production and administration
    • New employee on-boarding
    • Maintain all employee records including yearly sort/file
    • Office and employee supplies – inventory management
    • Basic quoting using our ERP software and blueprints
    • Additional purchasing of production supplies
    • Back up support for leadership roles when needed
    Employee Requirement:
    • High school diploma/equivalent or relevant work experience. Associates/bachelor preferred
    • Ability to work independently to achieve desired results. Self-directed
    • Highly organized and disciplined
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
    • Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred but not required
    • Learn quickly and retain information effectively
    • Understanding of ISO standards and requirements
    • Exceptional problem solving capabilities
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
    • Excellent listening and communication skills
    • Ability to effectively interact and respond to management
    • Flexibility to work overtime when needed
