    Assists in the preparation of board and commission agendas, minutes, and meeting packets. Responsible for maintaining electronic file system used to provide the public with online access to city records. Assists Zoning Administrator with various administrative duties for the Building Services Department. MUST be willing to attend evening meetings as needed. Must be organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and must be able to multitask.
    HS diploma or GED. Associate’s preferred. BS&A experience a plus.
