One Extraordinary Opportunity for One Extraordinary Individual
Are you a very special person seeking a very special part-time position, that, unlike many part-time positions, provides opportunities for personal growth, fulfillment, and financial gain, along with an ability to help, heal, and bring hope to the lives of others, as well as your own? Although it may be true that nothing in this life is perfect, we have as close to a perfect position as possible for just the right person.
The Higher Haven, a meditation retreat and spiritual development center just outside South Haven, Michigan, has exploded over the past year. As we evolve into one of Midwest America’s premier but equally intimate sites for spiritual growth, development, and healing, we’re seeking a standout Administrative Coordinator to accompany us on a unique journey of personal and professional growth. With training, you’ll learn how to manage retreat logistics by welcoming visitors, orienting them to the property and providing retreat guidance, as well as ordering food and orchestrating meals. You’ll take phone calls and respond to email queries. In between retreats, you’ll handle simple tasks like managing the cleaning crew, garden maintenance, and running general errands. During our Winter Break, you’ll oversee the property.
The requirements for this position are a good heart, a good mind, good people skills, and a great sense of organization. Being savvy with technology is a must, as you compassionately and intelligently interface with the public and our clientele through social media. Here’s a rare chance to learn and grow while working in a relaxing, energized, uplifting and enlightening environment. Starting salary $20/hour at approximately 20 hours/ week, with regular salary reviews and more hours as your experience progresses. To take advantage of this truly unique opportunity, contact Paul Sarkes Tootalian, Chief Creative Officer (CCO) of The Higher Haven by calling 415.577.7126 or writing higherhaven@gmail.com.
