General manager - Responsible for overseeing restaurant operations. Which includes staffing, training, opening/closing, inventory and ordering, payroll, weekly and monthly reports, dealing with vendors and suppliers.
Kitchen staff - responsible for ensuring all areas of the kitchen, food prep, and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized. This includes washing dishes and cooking equipment, cleaning floors, sanitizing countertops and cutting boards, and maintaining all areas to health code standards.
Bartenders - Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons. Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
Servers - takes orders, answers questions about the menu and food, sells the restaurants food and drinks, takes payment, communicates orders with the kitchen staff, seats customers, and helps with customer service and cleaning
Host - responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas. For this role you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure
Bussers - responsibilities include assisting the servers in serving food, filling and re-filling drinks and cleaning the tables.
