We are looking for a trustworthy, hardworking individual to assist in the general operations of our new luxury campground in South Haven. Our assistant manager will oversee housekeeping, manage part-time summer employees, and work directly with the owners to provide guests with an extraordinary experience.
Each day at Off Map will be different, so we are seeking someone is flexible, a problem-solver, and open to new experiences each day. While the day-to-day may vary, here are some of the things our Assistant Manager will do:
Off Map is open seasonally, from May 1 - Oct 15 (note that 2021 opening day will likely be closer to June 1). We expect our assistant manager to be available for ~40hrs per week during this time period, and available for work over some weekends, evenings, and holidays.
With 2021 being our first season, an owner will be on-site at most times. There will be times, however, where the Assistant Manager is in charge of the site. Furthermore, we plan to hire a General Manager to oversee all operations for the 2022 season. This Assistant Manager role could be a great foot in the door for that role.
