    PROPERTY CARE LEAD
     
    As a property care lead you will have the very important responsibility of ensuring the vacation rentals are nothing less than perfect in every way prior to the arrival of our guests. Because we never get a second chance at a first impression, your role plays an essential part in the success of our company and, more importantly, the happiness and satisfaction of those who choose to spend their precious free time and hard-earned money with us.

    The right candidate will be expected to perform the following work tasks:
    • Manage and maintain company standards and expectations across a portfolio of vacation rental homes
    • Keep accurate, complete, and updated logs
    • Coordinate repairs in a timely manner with maintenance team by identifying necessary repairs and keeping accurate, complete, and updated maintenance logs and work orders
    • Hire, train, schedule, manage, and provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to the housekeeping and quality assurance teams, ensuring they adhere to our company standards at all times
    • Manage inventory of all necessary housekeeping supplies
    • Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and texts from guests—before, during, and after their stays—on a daily basis and in a timely manner in order to react to their needs, special requests, and issues immediately and schedule next steps accordingly
    • Work on weekends and evenings as required
    • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
     
    The right candidate will be expected to perform the following physical tasks:
    • Push, pull, and lift at least 25 pounds
    • Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, and reach overhead and below the waist
    • Climb a ladder
    • Stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
    • Smile!
