The Historical Association of South Haven will be holding their Spring Open House on Saturday, May 23rd from 7-9pm.
This year there will be an exhibit celebrating the South Haven Fire Department and chronicling some of the devastating fires that they have fought. The fire department provided many interesting artifacts and photos that are being publicly shown for the first time. Of special interest will be the fire engines that will be parked on the front lawn! Everyone will enjoy a close up look at these impressive machines. Spencer Manufacturing, a manufacturer of custom fire equipment and rescue vehicles that is located in South Haven, played an important part in bringing this exhibit to life. This is a "DO NOT MISS" event!
