Join the Michigan Maritime Museum to find out what it takes to run a real working windmill by someone who knows it well. America's first Dutch certified miller, Alisa Crawford, who operated the De Zwann Windmill in Holland, Michigan , will be the featured speaker. She will share the behind the scenes stories from a miller's perspective and also point out crossovers to sailing, another important part of Dutch culture and heritage. Ms. Crawford is the author of the award winning book, "De Zwann : The True Story of America's Authentic Dutch Windmill."
