Kimi Baker, a beekeeper and homesteader from Kalamazoo Bee Club, works in media and marketing to connect communities with information. Growing up on a fruit farm in northern Michigan, she developed a passion for agriculture and honey bees. Now with her own homestead and apiary, she advocates for pollinators and enjoys educating children about agriculture and food origins. Kimi co-authored the pollinator activity book "I Spy with All 5 Eyes ..." and lives in southwest Michigan with her husband, two kids, and many animals. Free activities for both adults and kids!
