Vacation Rental Maintenance Coordinator
Job description Fast paced vacation rental office is currently seeking qualified individual(s) to join the team as the Vacation Rental Maintenance Coordinator. This position is responsible for scheduling maintenance and repairs work orders with maintenance personnel and 3rd party vendors associated with homes within the company’s portfolio of vacation rental homes. Duties Entail but Not Limited to:Schedule and follow through on maintenance items with Repair Contractors (both in-house and 3rd party).Update
