    Job Description:
     
    A fast-paced vacation rental and real estate management firm is looking for a Key Account Manager to assist with the development and support of homeowner client relations.

    Duties Include:
     
    • Customer retention is the key goal of this role
    • Utilize the company systems and processes as established.
    • Record and report owner issues and areas for concern including outcome and closer.
    • Visit customer homes as determined necessary and when homeowners are visiting the home.
    • Maintain regular contact with homeowner clients to ensure needs are being addresses as appropriate
    • Evaluate customer needs and market recommendation for action to various company department heads.
    • Ability to work some weekends and evenings
     
    Experience & Education:
     
    • Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver’s License
    • High School Diploma
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Mac/Apple applications and ability to adapt and acquire user skills with various software applications for business operations
    • 3-5 years of customer support/management experience
