Education Facilitator

Part-Time, School Year (August - May)

At GOALS, we partner with parents who are taking charge of their children's education. Our hybrid homeschool model blends home-based learning with a supportive, school-like setting. Parents remain the primary educators- we're here to lighten the load. 

That's where YOU come in.

As an Education Facilitator, you'll:
-Guide small groups and work one-on-one with K-12 students
-Help students stay focused and engaged in a structured, faith-filled environment
-Communicate with parents and provide feedback on progress
-Encourage students spiritually and academically
-Be part of a supportive, Christ-centered team

What we're looking for:
-Experience working with kids or youth (Education, tutoring, or ministry)
-Patience, flexibility, and a heart for faith-based learning
- Strong communication and organizational skills
-High school diploma or GED (College or teaching experience a bonus)
- Must pass a background check

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:00am-2:00pm

Pay: Commensurate with experience
