The South Haven Area Chamber of Commerce Celebrates the Opening of Chamber Member Lake Michigan Linen Services’ New Location

South Haven, MI – May 9, 2024 - The South Haven Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated the opening of Lake Michigan Linen Service’s new location with a ribbon cutting ceremony during their open house event.

Lake Michigan Linen Services began in January of 2023 and quickly outgrew its original location leading to owner Ashley Greer to expand the operation with another building, operating out of both locations. Now, nearly 1 year later, they have grown even more exponentially. To keep up with their growing customer base and meet the needs of their clients Lake Michigan Linen Services has acquired a new 13,000 sq. ft. facility as well as new commercial washers and dryers capable of handling 5 times the capacity of their previous units.

While being more economical, this new facility and machinery has allowed Lake Michigan Linen Services to service new industries as well, such as restaurant and table linens alongside their hospitality products.

“I think linens were a huge need in our community and many of my customers were either underserviced or struggling to piece it all together in the busy months.” Said Greer, “This community of businesses really took us in and helped us form our business into what we are today – and we are still growing and changing!”
