The South Haven Area Chamber of Commerce Celebrates the Grand Re-Opening of

Wal-Mart Supercenter

South Haven, MI – May 10, 2024 - The South Haven Area Chamber of Commerce proudly celebrated the grand re-opening of Wal-Mart Supercenter following extensive renovations aimed at enhancing the shopping experience for customers.

Located at 201 73rd St. in South Haven, Wal-Mart Supercenter has undergone a remarkable transformation in a short period. The front-end of the store has been completely revamped, with the addition of more self-checkout stations, dedicated Walmart+ lanes for seamless checkouts, increased shopping carts availability, and a convenient grab-and-go station offering quick meals and beverages. Furthermore, the Customer Service station has been updated to better assist shoppers.

In addition to front-end improvements, several departments have been expanded and new ones introduced. The summer merchandise section has been expanded and is now available year-round, while the infant area has been enlarged to provide customers with more space while shopping. The apparel section has been refreshed with new fixtures and fitting rooms, and a fresh pet food section has been added to cater to customers' furry companions.

To further enhance the shopping experience, the store now features new signage for easy navigation using the Walmart+ app, modernized restrooms, and a dedicated mother’s room. These upgrades are designed to provide customers with a more enjoyable shopping experience and ensure they find everything they need at the right price.
