    Customer Service Representative – Full Time
     
    Interact with customers and potential customers to process orders, provide information, answer questions and resolve complaints, all with a focus at cultivating sales.
     
    Qualifications

    • Education – HS diploma/GED required.  Some college level with a focus on business, marketing and/or sales preferred.
    • Experience – Some past experience in working with people/customers.  Work experience in retail sales and/or packaging a plus.
    • Proficient in English required.  Proficient in English and Spanish preferred.
    • Good Attitude – Self starter with the ability to multitask and take on additional responsibilities.
    Basic Skills
    • Communicate effectively via email and telephone
    • Computer literacy – familiar using a computer and common software programs
    • Detail oriented and proficient in mathematics
    • Interact well with others within the department and organization
     
    This position would work with our domestic sales teams and also be involved in some marketing activities as well as serving as back-up for the receptionist.
     
    Hours – 8:30am to 5pm Monday thru Friday
