The South Haven Area Chamber of Commerce was pleased to welcome Outpost Sports with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, May 20^th, 2022.  Summertime in South Haven brings folks to the beach and waterways, and we are so fortunate to have a business that is focused on providing everything you need to enjoy the best of South Haven. 

Kayaking is a popular sport for all ages, and at Outpost Sports you can rent for two hours or a day.  If you find you love being on the water, you can shop in their outfitter’s store for the best kayak to meet your needs, whether a 1 or 2-person kayak, or even one designed for fishing. 

New Owner, Jacqui Lea, has been involved with the business for many years and when the opportunity came to purchase the business it was just the right thing to do.  She loves helping customers find the right equipment to be safe while enjoying the water, and she has built upon the longstanding foundation that this store has had by adding new apparel, new product lines of kayaks, and she has added to the options for rentals.  Not just kayaks, you can also rent large floating lounges, Maui water mats, cabana beach chairs, and even bikes!
