              EXHIBITOR/CAMPER  INFORMATION:

Set up for the show starts on Tuesday after Labor Day. Camp sites for exhibitors and campers are on a first come basis. There are sites with electric but they are limited. A generator camp area is available for those who need to run generators throughout the night.

We ask that those who have equipment displays to please place your machinery near the road (in other words, we would like your camper behind your equipment). This is so that our guests can view your display easier.

Due to congestion and the safety of our guests, there is a No Vehicle Policy from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday – Sunday. This means that if you need to leave to go to the store, you can drive out of the show anytime, but your vehicle can not get back in until after 4 p.m. You are welcome to walk in or have someone meet you at the gate. If you are arriving to the show for the first time, you can come in anytime.

              PET POLICY

Due to numerous problems, pets are not allowed at our events with those paying admission. Exhibitors, campers and vendors can bring pets but they must be kept at owner’s camp site and leashed or kenneled at all times. You can not walk your pet outside of your camp area nor have it ride on your PTV.

              UNDERAGE DRIVERS

Children under the age of 16 may drive a lawn tractor in our parades and to the Kid’s Tractor Skill Test/Games ONLY. They must pass a skills test before driving and wear their license around their neck. Test times are listed in our Welcome Flyer.

              PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES (PTV)

There is a $15 registration fee for all PTVs. Examples are golf carts and scooters. No ATVs, mini or dirt bikes are allowed. In an effort to increase the safety of those walking, PTVs can not be driven in the Flea Market from 10 a.m to 2 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. You are welcome to park at the end of the Flea Market rows during these times, and drive your PTV in other areas of the show. Because of their size, large equipment such as tractors are not allowed in the Flea Market at any time.

              SET UP:

Those who are bringing in an engine or tractor, can start bringing in their equipment on Tuesday, Sept. 6.

NOTICE: if you are making more than one trip, please bring your exhibit FIRST. Registration will be done upon arrival and wristbands will be placed on exhibitor, spouse and children under 18. You are welcome to set up anytime during daylight hours. If you come after dark, you can camp in our parking lot overnight.

CAMPING (non-exhibitors): $15 per night plus daily admission
Electric – $15 (if available). Electric is on a first-come basis. We have plenty of rustic campsites.

ALCOHOL – If you are drinking, you must stay at your campsite. No alcohol is allowed in buildings or while driving machinery
