The South Haven Center for the Arts’ new exhibition, Altered Consumerism opening with an opening reception on August 8th from 5:00pm – 7:00pm and running through September 20th, 2025. This group exhibition features Robin Reva, James Palmore, Mary Hammer, and James Gordan Jackson — four artists whose creative dialogue spans more than forty years. Altered Consumerism brings together their individual and collective explorations of environmental consciousness, transformation, and material reuse. Working with recycled and repurposed materials, these artists engage in a conversation about sustainability and the evolving relationship between humans and the natural world. Their work weaves together a visual narrative of reflection, resilience, and regeneration, pushing the boundaries of conventional media while remaining rooted in a deep concern for our environment.
