How can you lead big from small places? Impact Leadership Alliance is pleased to invite you to join us for a leadership collective event where guest speaker Rick Lyons will address this question. Monday April 18, 7pm at The Living Room Cafe, 520 Phoenix St. downtown South Haven. There is no charge for this event and refreshments are provided.
We are building a network of individuals who work together to raise the bar of leadership excellence in our community. Our strategy is to offer inspirational workshops and group environments that educate, inspire and encourage local individuals to become better leaders in their homes, businesses, civic organizations and churches to make South Haven the best it can be. Anyone aspiring to develop their leadership skills is invited to jump in.
About the speaker: Richard G. Lyons, Jr. is current president of Kintsugi Advisors, serving executive leaders who seek to realize their full potential and calling. He's known for formulating and executing "next level" strategic planning and results management, team building and functioning as an executive confidante. He serves on the Board of Directors of The New York City Leadership Center and The Mission Collective in Charleston, SC.
In the banking and financial world, Rick has been an Executive Vice President with MasterCard Worldwide (Global Product Group Executive). Prior to MasterCard, he was Senior Vice President of Internet and Payment Systems Strategy for Comerica, Inc. and was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Internet, Inc. He has held various retail bank and payments management positions with leading US retail banks, including NYCE Corp, MagicLine EFT, Inc and Electronic Funds Transfer Association (EFTA), and he has been a significant driver of the consolidation of the US debit payments industry.
After leaving the banking industry he became Executive Director of Trinity Church in Greenwich, CT, served for six years on the Trinity Church Council governing body and has led a Senior Pastor search process along with searches for other critical staff positions in churches. Mr. Lyons majored in management studies at the University of Maryland in College Park, MD and business administration at Marywood College in Scranton, PA. He and his wife, Mary, currently reside in Holland, MI.
