Step Into Summer - 5K Trail Run

No dogs or strollers are allowed on the 5K course, but are welcomed on the Family Fun Walk. 
This 5K run/walk will start at 9 am and will be a hand-timed event.  This is not your typical 5K and will include trail running/walking through the picturesque trails along Lake Michigan and on the beach.  This race will challenge you all while enjoying the great outdoors and this gorgeous State Park.  The Kid's Dash will be approximately 200 meters and we will meet at the 5K start at 10 am.  Snacks and Refreshments will be provided after the races. 

All funds raised will go to Maple Grove Elementary in order to continue to provide positive educational experiences for students, families and educational staff.  Some of the events that Maple Grove sponsors are 3rd Grade Field Trip, Special Persons Day, Halloween Dance and to help purchase classroom supplies and much more!
