Participants will learn the fundamentals of starting and owning a small business in Michigan along with how to write a comprehensive business plan and prepare financial statements. Business plans are important to help you set goals, determine the resources needed, and foresee problems.
This course will discuss each section of a business plan, including the executive summary, business description, marketing, operations, management, sales, financials, and startup capital.
The cost of this class is only $35, and there are two convenient sessions to choose from!
