Job Title: Evening Production Manager – Linen Services

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Evening Production Manager to oversee all zones of production during evening operations. This role is responsible for leading the production team, maintaining workflow efficiency, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting team members across multiple areas of the laundry process. The Evening Production Manager will also actively participate in production tasks alongside the team while maintaining strong communication with the day shift to ensure smooth operational hand-offs.

Schedule
• Sunday – Thursday | Ideal Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (flexibility required based on production needs)
• Full-Time: May through September (peak season)
• Schedule outside of peak season may vary based on operational needs
• Training Requirement: Candidate must be available to work day shift hours for a minimum of two (2) weeks during a training period in April or May to learn production processes, team workflows, and operational standards

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee evening operations across all production zones including sorting, washing, drying, finishing, and packing
• Lead, coach, and support production staff to maintain efficiency, safety, and quality standards
• Participate directly in laundry production tasks such as:
    o Feeding automated laundry and finishing equipment
    o Folding bedding, towels, and linens to company standards
    o Sorting and inspecting soiled linens
    o Monitoring linen quality and identifying rewash or damage issues
    o Fulfill and package orders o Line-up delivery bays for following days deliveries
• Coordinate closely with the day shift to ensure smooth transition of workloads, priorities, and production goals
• Utilize the company’s order fulfillment and production app to track workflow, monitor orders, and maintain accuracy • Ensure production schedules are followed, and daily targets are met
• Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork and accountability
• Assist with training, coaching, and performance oversight of team members
• Identify workflow challenges and communicate improvement opportunities to leadership
• Enforce company safety procedures and operational policies Requirements & Qualifications
• Previous experience managing or supervising employees in a production, manufacturing, laundry, or similar environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support team members
• Flexible, dependable, and highly responsible with strong problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality and process consistency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
• Computer savvy and comfortable using production software or mobile applications
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and assisting with production tasks as needed Work Environment
