Laundry Technician

Job Title: Laundry Technician – Linen Services

Position Summary
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Laundry Technicians to join our production team. This role is essential to ensuring clean, high-quality linens for our lodging and food & beverage customers. Laundry Technicians work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks including sorting, processing, and finishing linens while maintaining strong quality standards and a positive team-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities
• Feed linens into automated laundry and finishing equipment safely and efficiently
• Fold bedding, towels, and other linens to company quality standards
• Sort soiled linens by type, condition, and processing requirements
• Inspect linens for cleanliness, damage, and overall quality
• Maintain organized work areas and support overall production flow
• Follow detailed instructions, production schedules, and safety protocols
• Assist in multiple areas of the laundry operation as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements & Qualifications
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods of time
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and willing to assist in multiple job roles throughout the facility
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality and consistency
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain focus on tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining production standards

Work Environment
• Active production environment in a non-air-conditioned warehouse
• Exposure to heat, humidity, and industrial laundry equipment
• Standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motions throughout shifts
